The selection of the speed ratio needs to be combined with three core parameters of the equipment: motor power, required output speed, and load torque. Q:What is the maximum temperature that the JWZ Reducer can withstand?
A: When the JWZ Reducer is in normal operation, the maximum oil temperature shall not exceed 85℃, and the ambient temperature is recommended to be controlled between -30℃ and 65℃. If it exceeds this range, please inform us in advance, and we will provide a customized protection solution.
Q:Does the lubricating oil of the JWZ Reducer need to be replaced regularly?
A: Yes, it needs to be replaced regularly. When the new reducer is used for the first time, the new oil should be replaced after running for 7-14 days; for the reducer working continuously for a long time, it should be replaced every 2-3 months; for the reducer working no more than 8 hours a day, it should be replaced every 4-6 months. If the oil temperature rises significantly, the oil quality deteriorates, or impurities are mixed in, the lubricating oil must be replaced immediately.
