Daily maintenance of the Scraper Reducer mainly checks the following key parts. First of all, the lubricating oil. Check the oil level regularly to see if it is within the specified scale range. If it is below the lower limit, add it in time. At the same time, observe the color and state of the oil. If it is turbid, emulsified or has many impurities, replace it with new oil. Generally, it should be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
Then check the operating status of the Scraper Reducer and listen to whether there are any abnormal noises or vibrations when the reducer is running. For example, if there is a sharp sound or periodic abnormal sound, it may be gear wear or bearing damage. Stop the machine for inspection. Also pay attention to the surface temperature of the reducer. The temperature is not hot during normal operation. If the temperature is too high, it may be insufficient lubrication or excessive load.
Then check the sealing and connection parts, check whether the housing and the shaft extension are leaking oil, and replace the aging seals in time; use a wrench to check the anchor bolts, coupling bolts and other connectors to see if they are loose to prevent the displacement of components during operation. In addition, pay attention to the cleanliness of the reducer surface, and clean up the attached sludge and debris in time to prevent these things from entering the interior and affecting the operation.
