Working Principle
The power output of the motor in the mixing tank is transmitted to the mixing shaft, which in turn drives the agitator to rotate, achieving operations such as mixing, blending, and homogenizing of the materials. At the same time, the temperature of the materials can be controlled by heating or cooling devices to meet different process requirements.
Structural composition
- Tank body: usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel or fiberglass, including the mixing tank body, upper and lower ends, with vertical and horizontal shapes, which can be selected according to actual needs.
- Mixing system: It consists of a stirrer and a transmission device. Common types of stirrers include paddle type, anchor type, frame type, spiral type, etc.; the transmission device is generally composed of a motor or a reducer, which is installed on the upper part of the mixing tank cover to drive the stirrer to rotate.
- Sealing device: The shaft sealing device can be in the form of mechanical seal, packing seal or labyrinth seal to prevent material leakage and external impurities from entering.
- Heating and cooling device: Common ones include jacket electric heating, coil heating, hot oil medium circulation heating, etc., and cooling generally uses water circulation inside and outside the jacket.
